OUR STORY
We built Agent College because the fastest way to learn AI is to build with it.
Agent College started from a simple frustration: most AI education in Hong Kong is either abstract theory or a one-off webinar you forget by the weekend. Meanwhile, the two of us were building real things with AI every day (websites, apps, agents, automations, cinematic video) and watching how quickly people “got it” the moment they built something themselves instead of just watching a slide.
So we made the school we wished existed. Ryan comes from marketing and creative: brand, campaigns, AI video, voice and localization. Daksh comes from technology and systems: apps, MCP integrations, agents, automation, and deployment. We started teaching what we actually use: first to friends and small groups, then as guest lecturers at CUHK and the HKU EMBA programme, and through communities like Public AI and City Protocol.
Agent College is the school. AI Launch Lab is its flagship: a 30-day cohort where you build and ship one real thing. Around it we run Open Classes, team training for companies, and hands-on consulting. We teach on-site in Hong Kong and live online across APAC, in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Japan and Korea. The through-line is the same everywhere: practical, honest, plain-language teaching, for people who want to build.
We're deliberately clear about what we don't promise. We won't tell you AI will make you rich, get you clients, or go viral. What we can promise is that you'll leave knowing how to build, and that's the skill everything else is built on.
OUR PRINCIPLES
What we believe.
- AI literacy is now a documentation skill, a marketing skill and an engineering skill at once. Teaching one without the others produces demos, not businesses.
- The only proof a course works is what students can show at the end of it.
- The tools change every month. The judgement about when to use them doesn't.

Ryan Chi
Ryan teaches the creative and growth side of the course: how to position an offer, build a distinctive brand, produce AI-generated campaigns, direct cinematic video, create multilingual voice and avatar content, and turn creative output into a repeatable launch system.

Daksh teaches the product and systems side of the course: how to use coding agents to build websites, applications, games, MCP integrations, multimodal products, and production automations that can be deployed and maintained on a VPS.
