On 17 April we joined an HKU EMBA class at Cyberport, sharing how companies are actually putting AI to work and joining the discussion that followed.
The conversation centred on the gap most executives recognise: impressive demos that never become working systems. We talked through practical examples of building with AI (from creative production to deployed workflows) and the judgement calls leaders face when bringing these tools into their teams: where automation belongs, where a human sign-off must stay, and how to hand a system over so the team can run it.
